If you are not happy with it, write to hello@snootdot.com within 30 days of it arriving. We will make it again or refund you, whichever you choose, and you keep the first one.

Changes are free before we print. Tell us what to change on the portrait you were sent and we will render it again.

damaged in the post

Send a photo of it to hello@snootdot.com and we will print another one, at no charge.
