These are the terms for buying from snootdot.com. Placing an order means you agree to them.

To order, you must be 18 or older, or older than that if the age of majority where you live is higher.

snootdot.com is run by ABTJL Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Snootdot. "We" on this page means that company. A person reads hello@snootdot.com.

how the portrait is made

Portraits are made by software from the photos you send.

You see the portrait before you pay. A person approves it against your photos before it prints.

the photos you send

Sending them gives us permission to use them to make your portrait, and nothing else. What happens to them after that is on the privacy page.

what you get

A portrait of your pet, printed on canvas or on framed canvas, made to order and shipped inside the US. Sizes and prices are shown before you pay.

what we will not print

Photos with no pet in them. If a photo is of a person we will ask you for one of the pet instead.

prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Shopify takes the payment and holds the card details.

changes, redos, and refunds

Changes are free before we print. If the print is not right, tell us and we will do it again, at no charge. The returns page has the rest of it.

canceling

Every portrait is made to order. Write to us before it goes to print and we will cancel it. Once it has gone to the printer we cannot pull it back.

limits on what we owe

The most we owe you for anything to do with an order is what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of New York.
